anyone know good excuses besides 'im sick' or 'i forgot it' to get out of eating lunch? i dont have an actual lunch, so this is easier than normal.
my stgw is 120 lbs by oct 18. exactly 1 month. i am now 129.
my ltgw is 100 by christmas.
i can deff do it. im going to make a bracelet to remind me of my goal.. and maybe take beads off until im 100. i will then be happy. i must lose weight. right now, i am so fat its disgusting.
